General Information:
One piece ultra slim forged body combines a compact design with strength and reduced potential leak paths compared to conventional design. Material of constructions includes ASTM A350 LF2/A105, ASTM A182 F316/F316L and ASTM A182 F51. Valves can be supplied to NACE MR- 01-75 specifications too.

Block & Bleed, Pressure Measurement, Sampling, Flow Measurement
Standard Features:
• 1/2”NPTthreaded female outlet as per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
• 1/4”NPTthreaded female vent connection as per ANSI/ASME B1.20.1
• ANSI B16.5 flanged inlet connections 1/2” to 2” size ASA150#to ASA 2500#
• Primary isolation valve shall be of Needle type orOS&Y design
• Vent Valve shall be of Needle type or Anti-tempering design
• Standard Vent Valves are offered with PTFE seat or graphite is also available. For any other gland packing, kindly refer to us.
• All valves are designed in accordance withASMEVIII, ANSI B16.34/B16.5, ANSI B31.3
• All valves are tested 1.1 times full seat pressure and 1.5 times full rated body pressure with gas and or hydraulic.
• All valves are100%tested in factory before dispatch.
